The rooftop restaurant offered a great view! Breakfast was included, served there. I especially liked Antonio. The busboy was very attentive and ensured all guests were well taken care of. The hotel also provides complimentary water and snacks in the lobby, a nice touch after a day of exploring.
The minibar was not initially available in the room. Though it was promptly delivered after I inquired

The rooftop restaurant included breakfast and a handy 24-hour café. I guess that was acceptable.
I was not thrilled that the thermostat in my room did not work. It got quite cold. I asked for help multiple times, but apparently, this was normal. That seems unlikely. The staff seemed incompetent.

Really good Independence Day Experience

I love the service at this place. The amenities was amazing and all staff was professional. Location in the city its the best. I had a good time at Mexico's Independence Day event. I felt safe because security were impecabble and the staff helped me and my family so much. This hotel did not disappoint.
The water truck noise was loud during all nights of my stay. It was right under my window. I complained but they continued working.

The Superior Room City View features very clean space. The room has a king-size bed and a seating area with comfortable chairs. I find a work desk with ample lighting. Its useful for business. The bathroom contains premium toiletries.

The location was unbeatable. It allowed easy access to many historical sights. The staff was professional and helpful. They provided complimentary water bottles plus a 24/7 snack bar. The rooftop restaurant offered an amazing view and the breakfast included was good.
The gym equipment could use some maintenance. One of the treadmills was out of service. That was the only slight inconvenience !

The reception staff offered quick check-in and check-out services. Plus they were available to answer questions 24/7, assuring constant support to guests. Bellboys promptly assisted with luggage.
